Service Description

1-2 hour appointment-An assessment of the pre consultation food diary and clinical questionnaire. You will be given a personal report with professional knowledge and advice. You will be provided with recommendations that can be started immediately with dietary advice sheets and recipe ideas. We will set goals and objectives to achieve overall success. If necessary food intolerance tests can be conducted and supplement plans discussed.
